My gas fireplace won't stay lit. What's wrong?
Nine times out of ten it's the thermocouple or thermopile in the pilot assembly, which is a routine part swap. Sometimes it's a dirty pilot or a tired gas valve. Either way, a technician can tell in one visit and usually fix it the same day.
Do you repair fireplaces you didn't sell?
Yes. We gladly service any brand of stove or fireplace we feature. If yours is a brand we don't carry, call us anyway; we'll tell you honestly whether we can get the parts.
How soon can you come out?
Fall and early winter book up fast, so the sooner you call the better. If you're without heat in an outage-prone stretch, tell us, and we'll do everything we can to move you up.
What does a repair visit cost?
It depends on the fault and the part, which is why we diagnose first and quote before the work starts. You'll always know the number before you say yes.
