Hearth & Home has helped families across Central New York with fireplace projects for more than 30 years. The showroom on Manlius Center Road in East Syracuse is where most of those projects start: displays burning, a wall of options sorted into plain choices, and people who install these for a living.
The way we work hasn't changed. Before anything is ordered, we come to your home and inspect the space, so none of the details are missed. Our own in-house installers handle the gas line, the electrical, and the venting as part of the job, and the team holds certification from the National Fireplace Institute. When the fireplace needs service down the road, the same certified technicians take care of it.

Fireplace Service and Repair
The service side lives here too: annual maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts for the brands we carry, done by the same NFI-certified technicians. If your project is a fireplace that won't light instead of a fireplace you don't have yet, that's the door to knock on.
